Bohemian Bar & Restaurant, together with Archie Rose Distilling Co. and Adelaide Hills Distillery invite all gin lovers to join in celebrating World Gin Day with a six-course degustation dinner.
Round up your foodie friends and family and enjoy a special degustation dinner crafted by Bohemian Head Chef Gerard Rodriguez.
Soak up Bohemian’s ambient riverside views as you feast on six dishes created specifically to hero gins, including deconstructed martini and Mackerel Ceviche.
Be the first to sample the winter release of a limited edition signature gin created by Archie Rose and acclaimed tattoo artist Horisumi or, as the name suggests, a Green Ant gin created with indigenous ingredients including the green ant by the team at Adelaide Hills and Something Wild.
Archie Rose ambassador Nick Baxter will be there on the night to join in on the discussion on all things gin, as well as James Moore and Daniel Motlop from Something Wild to learn about indigenous ingredients and sources in Australia and their work with the Larrakia people of NT where the green ants are sourced.
Featuring artisan gin cocktails and award winning craft gins matched with a menu of exquisite Spanish cuisine, this is certainly one day of the year worth celebrating.
